Administrative Research Assistant (ARA) Focus area
Clean Air Location
New Delhi, India Reporting to
Senior Programme Lead, Clean Air programme Purpose The ARA is a crucial role at CEEW to provide administrative support to research team and ensure that organisational processes are adhered to under all circumstances. Job Duties and Accountabilities Outreach support
  • Assist the Outreach team in maintaining a database of all CEEW publications
  • Ensuring all CEEW knowledge products including research publications, blogs, opinion pieces, etc follow CEEW publication SoPs
  • Ensuring all CEEW knowledge products go through the rigorous internal process followed within the organisation
  • Be the point person for all coordination between the research team (authors), outreach team and review teams for all CEEW publications.
Event Coordination and Documentation
  • Provide administrative support to major Clean Air events both in Delhi and on-site as required
  • Coordinating meetings of the Clean Air Research Advisory Group \xe2\x80\x94including inviting and confirming attendees, and facility arrangements where required
  • Taking meeting notes, and preparing draft minutes of meetings
  • Drafting acknowledgment and thank you letters, correspondence, etc.
  • Helping the team leads and other research team members in formatting presentations
  • Scheduling appointments and raising travel requests for the Clean Air team members as needed

  • Bring in fresh perspectives and approaches to the way we manage administrative tasks,
  • Try out new tools and approaches
  • Strive for resource and time efficiency
In addition to above, the individual should be prepared, as and when necessary, to take on additional responsibilities, and respond to events and developments that cannot be anticipated easily.   • Minimum graduate degree in any discipline.
  • Freshers, who may not be entirely clear about what next, and would like to experience and add value to a fast-paced social impact organisation, and want to work with high-calibre and driven individuals, are encouraged to apply.

  • Proficient skills in Microsoft Office applications, and G-Suite
  • Experience in record keeping and database management
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Experience in drafting professional emails, letters, etc.
  • Strong planning and organising skills.
  • Basic project management skills.
