Title : Administrative Intern Location : Hyderabad Employment Type: Full time (Internship + PPO) Shift Timings: 12pm- 9pm IST If this interests you & you believe you are a perfect fit for this role then contact me through email by attaching your updated CV: Responsibilities: You will be responsible for handling end-to-end travel management You will be required to make all Work Related Flight Bookings , Hotel Bookings & Car Bookings for Official Travels Demonstrate precision in every task, from managing travel bookings and meal arrangements to seat selections and hotel bookings . You will be handling & managing the Travel Data Play a key role in vendor management, helping to coordinate and resolve issues for seamless operations. Assisting team for travel bookings and maintaining records. Delve into the heart of our operations, where you\'ll learn to orchestrate seamless daily tasks. Develop resourceful problem-solving skills, maximizing available tools and solutions to resolve challenges effectively. Work with Minimum Guidance, Work smartly and good with hospitality Hone your communication skills by engaging with internal teams, partners, and vendors to ensure flawless operations. Qualifications: Enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program in Travel & Tourism/Hospitality & showcasing a drive to learn and excel in an administrative role. Some prior experience in Travel Management is mandatory A foundation in communication skills with the eagerness to further develop them & a natural inclination for efficient time management. Adaptability to embrace change and thrive in a dynamic environment. Strong teamwork and collaboration mindset. Previous exposure or interest in administrative functions is a notable advantage. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Open for flexible working hours.
