Arrange delivery and distribution of monthly staff purchase items
Organize and schedule appointments for the Head of COE and the team members
Timely manage visa requests and travel plans for 20 team members
Organize team events/meetings
Support Regulatory Affairs Director/team members for meetings planning, logistics, purchasing...etc and any occasional request
