JOB DESCRIPTION:

Duties:

  • General office management for Regulatory Affairs EM CEO, including internal and external correspondence, archiving, mailings, acting as communication interface with internal and external stakeholders and administration of travel/event management.
  • Arrange delivery and distribution of monthly staff purchase items
  • Organize and schedule appointments for the Head of COE and the team members
  • Timely manage visa requests and travel plans for 20 team members
  • Organize team events/meetings
  • Support Regulatory Affairs Director/team members for meetings planning, logistics, purchasing...etc and any occasional request
