Business Description:
As AI has been adopted by increasingly more number of users and has become an important technology to drive many critical use cases in the company, the governance around AI-based models becomes crucial to ensure robust and transparent use of AI in production models, mitigate the potential model risk and create strong governance standards and policies in the first-line processes.
We are creating an AI governance team in Global Decision Science organization to lead AI governance, in close partnership with modelers and data scientists in the first line, model validators in the second line, capability and technology team to ensure seamless governance process for AI based models.
Purpose of the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to become a part of the CFR organization as a Senior Executive Assistant, supporting the Vice President ( Band 45 Vice President, AI Governance). We are looking for an energetic team player with a positive attitude and an ability to think proactively, prioritize effectively, and facilitate activities in a fast-paced dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will be flexible, exercise considerable discretion and independent judgment, and have the confidence and professionalism.
