Job Description




Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support in a professional and timely manner
  • Manage Courier service / Receive and sort daily mails and deliveries
  • Inventory Management - Monitor office stationery & other basic supply
  • Maintain strong relationship with vendors for office administration activities - telecom, insurance, AMC management, housekeeping and facility management,
  • Ticket Booking & Hotel Reservation
  • Assist in arranging and organizing corporate meetings, conferences, and events
  • Maintain COVID safety protocol and controlling access within the office

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in any stream.
  • Minimum 6 months to 1 year of work experience in front office & administration activities

Language & IT Proficiency:
  • Highly proficient in the English language (Written and Verbal communications)
  • Hindi & Marathi languages will be an added advantage.
  • Knowledge of MS \xe2\x80\x93 Office
