\xc2\xb7 Managing overall administrative activities for the office. \xc2\xb7 Responsible to supervise house-keeping activities effectively. \xc2\xb7 Day-to-day facilities operations including supervising the maintenance of office areas and equipment, purchasing office supplies, furniture, office equipment, etc. \xc2\xb7 Monitoring the performance of office boys and instructing them for performing their regular activities effectively. \xc2\xb7 Arrange and co-ordinate meetings and events. \xc2\xb7 Monitoring all inward and outward admin activities by maintaining proper records. \xc2\xb7 Maintain office supplies by checking inventory and order items. Qualification: Graduate Desired Candidate: \xc2\xb7 Minimum 4-6 years of experience as Admin incharge. \xc2\xb7 Should confident and above to take incharge of all admin activities.
