Name of the Position: Scholarship in-charge

Location: Hyderabad Job Summary
Run the CSR funded scholarship project and engage with girl scholars. Key responsibilities: 1. Implement and coordinate project activities as per Project Implementation plan and timeline.
2. Identification of colleges for promotion of scholarship, conduct the selection process of eligible girl students for scholarship.
3. Supports in planning and conducting life skills training programs for students.
4. Coordinate employee engagement with the CSR support team.
5. Regular mentoring of girl scholars to avoid drop out
6. Documentation of success stories.
7. Assist in operations and database management procedures and maintain scholarship portal.
8. Coordination of special events such as exposure visit, scholar meet and other events.
9. Financial planning and reporting as per the calendar.
10. Any other project related assignment. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Masters in any stream. Minimum 3 years’ experience in a foundation/development organization. Scholarship management and counselling experience would be an advantage. Demonstrated Knowledge of:

• Computers and standard office software - MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Engineering Scholarships landscape in India
• Language skills – proficiency in Tamil, Telugu and Kannada
• Prior experience of managing multi-geography projects

Demonstrated Ability to:

• Develop and maintain effective working relationships.
• Effectively communicate verbally and in writing.
• Perform all assigned tasks efficiently and accurately and create and maintain accurate records.
• Prioritize and manage multiple projects or change priorities quickly.
• Identify and resolve problems or issues with students.
• Undertake travel to other project locations for monitoring purposes
