This role act as the primary point of contact between the executives and internal/external clients
Have knowledge on housekeeping services. Have command on HK chemicals.
Able to manage HK team.
Handle requests, feedback, and queries quickly and professionally
Should understand the basic financial terminology and be able to manage
Arrange executive travel, hotel and dining arrangements as needed
Monitor office supply levels; reorder when appropriate
Produce professional-quality reports, presentations and briefs
Perform the task accurately which is delegated by team members & mentors.
Have to take care of stationery items, birthday gifts, first-aid kits, lockers, etc.
Should look after the Cafeteria maintenance, quality of food and hygiene
Answering incoming calls; taking messages and re-directing calls as required
Responsible for dispatching mails / couriers and keeping the records on daily basis
Supervise multidisciplinary teams of staff including cleaning, maintenance, office boys and security
Issuing of ID cards, Name plates, assigning lockers to the newly joined employees by coordinating with HR department
Maintain strong relationships with vendors on supplies and services.
Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system for both paper and electronic records
Maintain a daily electronic journal, arrange meetings and appointments and provide reminders as needed, maintain a master corporate calendar of all conferences, all-hands events, holidays, and vacations.
