About role

We are looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented, analytical, and highly-motivated program manager to scale our growing central program team which includes managing ad operations team as well as planning and executing Amazon.in\'s High Velocity Events for entire Display Ads . You will work with internal accounts and sales team, and outsourced account management partner to deliver advertiser value through high quality campaign optimization and execution. You should be passionate about understanding business drivers for performance, the range of Amazon products available to our advertisers, and engaging with internal and external partners to deliver on these. You also thrive in ambiguous situations, with the ability to be a self-starter and find solutions.

Program Manager plays a key role in driving team performance and ensuring flawless execution through operational excellence. This role requires experience in a heavily process driven environment. Your team will deliver results by providing operational support to uphold a high quality customer and advertiser experience. This lead will leverage their experience and judgment to grow and mentor a team of associates in an environment that is extremely customer centric.

Responsibilities:

  • Resource management and planning.
  • Define and assess team performance against business objectives.
  • Provide ongoing guidance, coaching and performance feedback to the team.
  • Strong project management skills to impact process improvements
  • Work cross-functionally with account teams and other Amazon partners to drive revenue and increase advertiser satisfaction
  • Troubleshoot any technical or implementation issues, collaborating with internal teams to develop quick and sound solutions
  • Co-lead monthly and quarterly reviews with advertisers

  • Master\'s degree (preferably with emphasis in marketing, advertising or related field) and 0 to 3 years of relevant working experience.
  • Experience with retail environment or knowledge of digital media systems
  • Ability to contribute to process improvement, inventing and simplifying within existing processes
  • Has the vision and stamina to see long term changes through and drive change management in the ecosystem
  • Experience of working in large interconnected/interdependant teams
