Job Description


Job Summary

  • Deliver Activation Targets within Managed base
  • Achieve the MoM Business targets (Upgrade, NSR & FUM Build-up) as per the Performance scorecard
  • Drive SA growth ETB (EOP) agenda for the Channel
  • Drive TD growth agenda for the Channel
  • Achieve Cross-sell targets across Ins APE / Investments Net Sales, FX, Mortgage & Cards
  • Connect at least 18 Unique customers/day with 100% book coverage / Qtr
  • Upgrade Clients from PSB to PRM & PRM to PRB in line with monthly budgets
  • Ensure CEMS / Internal campaign leads attempts @ 100% monthly and Overall base attempts @ 100% in qtr.
Responsibilities
  • Achieve Cross-sell targets across Ins APE / Investments Net Sales, FX, Mortgage & Cards

  • To deliver on FCRMP, ABC, AML & CDD standards
Processes
  • Ensure Proper Conduct, Nil Mis-selling, Sales Complaints, Sales Error, & Potential Inappropriate Sales (PIS) on a consistent month on month basis
People & Talent
  • Adherence to laws and regulations, internal risk and compliance policies and the Group Code of Conduct
Risk Management
  • Completion of all mandatory risk and compliance training and related compliance acknowledgements by each member of your team by the set deadlines
Governance
  • Demonstration of adherence to the Group Management Responsibilities policy and fair accountability principles
