Role and Responsibilities:

- Finance business partner to Delhi NCR business of ACT and ensuring finance compliance and governance

- Publishing of financial statement, Profit & loss Account, Balance sheet, CFS etc.

- Revenue and Cost governance: Revenue assurance and sustainable cost management as per business plan

- Ensuring publishing of monthly MIS reports, Cost schedules, TB schedules, Variance Analysis, forecasting to management

- Preparation of capex budgeting, overseeing capex rollout and partnering for efficiencies and post capex analysis

- Ensuring statutory Compliances: GSTR 1 and 3B filings, GSTR 2A reconciliation, TDS, ESI-PF Reconciliation.

- Overseeing accounts payables: Ensuring parking and validation of all bills, day to day accounting of expenses/invoices & shared service management

- Key point of contact for business stakeholders and facilitating business partnership.

- Supporting the Finance AGM and leadership & business heads with projects, budgets & plan preparation.

- Ensuring successful closure of audit and closure of internal and statutory audit observations.

- Critical attributes to success would be integrity, strong communication, cadence and resilience.

Requirements:

- Qualified chartered accountant or MBA Finance.

- Industry Experience in similar domain

- Sound technical knowledge of Core finance, Accounting and Taxation & Auditing

- Competency in advanced Excel and MS office, ERP environment (SAP, Oracle, others)

- Good Communication Skills, Intellectual Skills, Team Management.

- Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
