Acquisition Manager What You Will Do ?- You will receive details of prospective leads from associates and will directly be in touch with key Property Managers across our target properties- Our associates will drive the first conversation with potential sellers- You will coordinate internally with the Pricing team to be able to derive a price offer for the home seller you contacted- Your next step becomes assuming the front-ending responsibility, effectively communicating the offer and assessing the status of the lead- For any warm or hot lead, you will take things further with a detailed home inspection along with our Operations team- You must handhold this through to the final sign off on the numbers with the seller, and close things out through signing of a Letter of Intent and transfer of token from Ivy Homes end- You are responsible for a smooth handover to our CX team to drive things from here on- Project Management, Mathematical Ability, Business Acumen, Negotiation Ability, and Conversation skills are the key pillars for the Acquisition Manager role- You are the face and voice of the brand, and you must live our values (Get Things Done; Be a Good Person!) in everything you say & do- You have got to be comfortable working with targets and consistently hitting or delivering beyond that things will grow at a super-fast pace because we are a very young startup!- Thinking process, working with systems, communicating clearly, and setting expectations with stakeholders need to be second nature to you (ref:updazz.com)
