The Opportunity

• Accounts Payable Representative

What you'll Do

• Processing of vendor invoices (PO/Non-PO) in SAP and Ariba within defined SLA for global regions.
• Delivering high level of accuracy and quality in AP operations.
• Daily/Weekly/Monthly reporting in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with processes, procedures, Risk Control Matrices and Management reporting.
• Working on various AP related reports on regular and ad-hoc basis
• Responding to e-mail queries within agreed SLA.
• Running system queries and reports as advised
• Working on Tax reconciliations, Month end closing related activities.
• Scanning and tracking of invoices received.
• Experience of handling Statutory audit and Internal audit of AP process.

What you need to succeed

• 4-6 years of experience in Accounts Payable function, preferably at a shared service Center.
• Strong written and verbal communication. Able to communicate optimally and authoritatively.
• Good experience of accounts payable in SAP. Ariba knowledge will be preferred.
• Strong customer service focus and attention to detail.
• Experience in analyzing data using excel or other data analysis tools
