Responsibilities: Primary Competencies:

4-6 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in AP with accounting knowledge
Good communication skills - Verbal & Written
Experience in setting up payments in different bank portals
Analytical and logical approach to problem solving
Basic MS-Office skills
Prior experience in AP or in a similar SSC Finance environment will be an added advantage

Strategic Goals & Deliverables:

Invoice processing and Indexing of invoices
Mailbox management/Query management
Resolution of issues with vendor invoices
Ensuring compliance with processes, procedures, Risk Control Matrices and SLAs
Setting up of payments in the Bank portals
Advances/prepayments
Managing payment reconciliations
Review/Audit of travel and expense claims in compliance with Global Travel Policy
Journal creation, journal entry and upload
Audit Support
