Position:Accounts & Finance -Sr. Executive
Location:Sachin -Surat
Experience: 2 -4Years

Responsibilities:
- Banking Compliance:
- Preparation of CMA Report based on the requirement of banks.
- Preparation and submission of proposal for the fresh and existing bank loan facility.
- Preparation of Project Report for the Term Loan Facility
- Preparation and Submission of Monthly and Quarterly FFR Statement to Bank.
- Handling Stock Audit Work
- Process for security perfection of the bank loan facility
- Other misc. banking MIS report to banks
- Any other work related to banking channel
- Banking related data submission to Statutory auditor on quarterly basis
- Fixed Asset Register:
- Creation of Asset Master Code
- Assignment of Useful life to the assets
- To bifurcate the asset to different asset class based on the nature of fixed asset
- Depreciation Posting Activity on monthly basis
- Submission of reports related to Property, Plant and Equipment to Statutory Auditor on quarterly basis
- Asset retirement activity on periodic basis
- Concurrent Audit Work:
- Submission of data related concurrent audit work to the auditor
- Management of concurrent audit process which includes, data submission, resolution of query raised by auditor, final submission of report to the management and review of the query raised by the auditor.
- Good in Communication
- Logical thinking.
- Organizing
Salary :- Upto 6.00 LPA
