Description: JD: Sr Executive - Accounts (CA Qualified) Desired Candidate Profile Chartered Accountant with minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience; Should have experience in FMCG industry Sound technical knowledge of core finance, accounting and taxation, Auditing, Finalization of accounts, Working Knowledge of GST Proficient in Excel; Independent decision-making ability and adapt to changing environment Experience in managing a team Roles & Responsibilities:- Take overall ownership for finalization and consolidation of accounts/ Balance Sheet/ Profit and Loss Statement Work with individual Business team to drive monthly MIS reporting with variance analysis MIS Reporting: Preparation of various MIS reports as may be required from time to time in a very accurate and timely manner. Accounts Receivables (AR), Accounts Payables (AP), General Ledger (GL),Fixed Assets Accounting (FA). Inventory Accounting: Monitoring and compliances of all sub ledgers, periodical reconciliation to keep them updated at all times to ensure correct and reconciled recoverable / payable amounts, etc. Receipts & Disbursements: Monitoring of daily, weekly and monthly receipts and payments and proper accounting of the same and daily reporting as needed. Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Closure: Finalization of books of accounts and reporting in prescribed manner on timely and accurate basis. Direct and indirect Tax compliances : Ensuring correct deduction of TDS and collection of TCS; TDS return filing; Tax Audit, Company Return filing; attending assessment related and other queries raised by IT authorities, arranging Lower TDS certificates, etc.
