As an Accounting Manager, you are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial documents, as well as their compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Preparing and analyze consolidated and divisional financial results. Co-ordinating in completing the audit and filing of tax returns on time.

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of Singapore audited consolidated financial statements.
• Working directly with external auditors to accomplish the consolidation on a timely basis.
• Working with subsidiary Accounting Managers to obtain the information required for the consolidation.
• Control and analyze local Financial Statements and reports of all subsidiaries: Income statement, Balance sheets, General ledgers.
• Actively participates in the production of quarterly consolidated accounts for the group Head office.
• Perform variance and financial analysis of results at the consolidated level as well as by location. Analyze consolidated and divisional financial results, including operating results, balance sheet fluctuations and cash flow.
• Serve as a technical resource for group accounting team, respond to accounting issue and provide consultations upon requests.
• Assisting with monthly revenue recognition process.
• Develop, document and implement process procedures as identified.
• Assist in financial and tax audits, and general ledger preparation.

• CPA / CA required.
• NetSuite/OpenAir general ledger experience.
• Public accounting experience
• 5 years general ledger accountant experience
• Inquisitive
• International experience
• Strong Excel skills
• Expert in International Financial Reporting Standards and US GAAP reporting standards.
• Ability to anticipate issues and address them in advance.
• Partnership accounting experience and international consolidation experience required.
