We are currently seeking you to build up and manage the operation and maintenance of a Regional Rapid Transit System (RRTS) and Mass Rapid Transport System (MRTS) business in Delhi, India. This 82km long Delhi-Meerut line will consist of 16 RRTS and 6 MRTS stations. This will include developing a local O&M company from scratch to full operations, developing and leading a passionate and performance driven team, steering quality, performance, and customer satisfaction as well as ensuring economic success in India.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Report to Head of Finance of the project
• Develop and manage annual and multi-year budgets that are adequate for the organization´s needs including preparation of periodic budget forecasts
• Prepare and maintain cash flow analyses
• Analyze monthly financial statements (balance sheet, income statement and statement of cashflow)
• Responsible for accounts payables, receivables inventory
• Assist in preparing year-end books for audits
• Ensure operational compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations for any necessary entity
• Set up and track financial KPIs to measure business performance
• Contact person for any third parties to which accounting, or finance functions have been outsourced
• Respond to inquiries from executive management regarding budgets, deposits and disbursements at the earliest opportunity.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Commerce or Economics
• Minimum 3 years of experience in finance and/or accounting
• Experience in Metro/Railway will be a value add
• Familiar with Financial and Operational Planning, Treasury and IFRS
• Strong knowledge of accounting, reporting, and budgeting
• Good communication skills in general as well as high sensitivity in dealing with people
• Goal-oriented and display entrepreneurial behavior
• Excellent self-organization and a high level of motivation
• Excellent knowledge of English
