Job Description

We are hiring for a well experienced accountant/Finance Manager who has hands-on experience in vendor management, has good knowledge of accounting tools like Tally ERP or similar. Roles and responsibilities:

• Preparation and Analysis of Monthly Financial Reports;
• Preparation and reconciliation of Budgets and Capital Reserve Accounts;
• Special Projects and additional duties as needed or assigned;
• Work closely with third party property management companies, and joint venture partners;
• Record opening and closing journal entries for the acquisition or disposition of real estate assets;
• Coordinates the preparation and completes a detailed review of the company\xe2\x80\x99s monthly financial statements;
• Ensures that all eliminating entries have been recorded correctly on a monthly basis;
• Handling Vendor management;
• Ensures that all lender reporting is in compliance on a monthly basis (includes monitor Debt Covenant Tests to ensure compliance);
• Leads and coordinates property level and corporate budget and forecasting activities;
• Prepares financial statements and associated work papers for externally audited entities.

Requirements and Key Skills:

• 3-4 years of relevant experience;
• Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting and/or Finance(MBA Preferred);
• Hands-on experience in Bank Reconciliation & Day to Day Accounting, Monthly TDS Deduction & submission, Tally ERP(or other accounting tools), Handling account Bank reconciliation statement, GST Calculation, Income Tax, TDS Statements ( Return) and vendor management.
