We are looking for an Accountant to manage all financial transactions, from fixed payments and variable expenses to bank deposits. Accountant responsibilities include financial documents and procedures, reconciling bank statements and calculating vendor payments. To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience with bookkeeping and a flair for spotting numerical mistakes.The individual to join our team will also act as an Inventory Specialist. An Inventory Specialist\xe2\x80\x99s responsibilities include counting and balancing, You Ultimately, you will be responsible for tracking all inventory to ensure our company maintains proper inventory levels for products, equipment and supplies as needed.

• Receiving materials
• Recording in Books
• Reporting daily stock status
• coordination with Job worker and raw material coordination
• Coordination with the factory for Supply
• Managing Daily Dispatches
• Purchases & Sales
• TDS
• Production entries & BOM creation in Tally

• Maintaining inventory storage space in the store\xe2\x80\x99s warehouse
• Planing store warehouse space usage
• Placing inventory restock orders
• Communicating with store management about any inventory issues
• Work with management if products are missing or damaged within a shipment
• Evaluating and managing stock rotation procedures
• Dispatching Materials
• Taking material Inwards

• Tally Prime

• Work experience as an Accountant
• Advanced MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables
• Experience with general ledger functions
• Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
• BSc in Accounting, Finance or relevant degree
