Job Overview

We are hiring for the position of Account Management Trainee at Janani Mithra Group. This is a full-time role based in Ernakulam, Kerala, India. As an Account Management Trainee, you will be responsible for assisting in managing and maintaining accounts, ensuring accuracy in financial transactions, and supporting the overall financial health of the company. This is an entry-level position suitable for candidates with less than 1 year of experience.

Qualifications and Skills

• Fresher with less than 1 year of experience in accounting or finance
• Proficiency in Tally ERP and other accounting software
• Knowledge of Goods And Services Tax (GST)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Understanding of financial accounting principles
• Attention to detail and accuracy in work
• Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges

• Assist in managing and maintaining accounts receivable and payable
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial transactions
• Prepare financial reports and assist in financial analysis
• Support internal and external auditing processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve financial discrepancies
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities
• Stay updated on accounting standards and regulations
