AB InBev India is looking to hire a Manager-PPM - Agriculture & Sustainability for its Procurement function based out of Gurgaon.

Primary Purpose of the role:

Support in execution for Agriculture program in India & implementing Sustainability linked projects - Manage budgets, provide valuable analytical insights to enable decision-making resulting in higher quality & service, and drive efficiency in processes.

Key Tasks & Accountabilities:

1. Drive and execute strategic actions:

- Agro program implementation - support Agro team in developing program strategy & monitor In-season implementation - maintaining the right Process Checks & balances in place

- Monitor timely data collection, completeness, reporting & Validation (through evidence verifications) with support of MIS officer

- Strategic planning & implementation support towards new age & climate resilience agriculture practices

- Lead Monthly Reporting with both internal & external stakeholders. It will include all internal reporting to zone & global

- Implement governance mechanism with external partners (including Agro vendors) & offrole field officers

- Support in fostering and developing strong ABI culture within Agro team (including offrole team)

2.Influence and manage key stakeholders:

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for impact-driven agro/sustainability linked projects - towards achieving sustainable development of farmers and our own supply-chain security.

- Serve as the internal touch point - identify & evaluate latest technologies/ practices, emerging trends and issues, and communicating and educating others

- Maintain connects with Agro vendors

- Leveraging Communications and the creative teams for ensuring efficient internal & external communication practices are put in place.

3.Monitoring and Review:

- Budget Planning, tracking & monitoring utilization (maintaining control)

- Monitoring and analyze program data trends with MIS officer - providing actionable recommendations

- Validate datasets as needed before external communications like reports, press releases etc.

4. Sustainability Focused:

- Support Sustainability team in implementing key sustainability projects

- Support in Supplier decarbonization project - including carbon baselining data management

- Global & Zonal carbon emission (Anaplan platform) reporting

- Support sustainability team on data management, analysis & validation like structure & recharge potential validations for Water stewardship projects

- Overall budget management of the program

Education & Experience :

- Master\'s degree or higher (preferably in sustainability, agriculture or allied fields / MBA from top-tier B-Schools)

- 4+ years of experience

Skills and knowledge:

1. Ability to work in a team by taking everyone along and effectively managing multiple projects & initiatives

2. Having a keen eye on the latest innovations and breakthroughs affecting our supply chain efficiency

3. Excellent communication skills: written, verbal and presentation

4. Strong problem solving and analytical skills

5. Strong people skills and ability to work with diverse teams and stakeholders with a change-agent mindset

6. Ability to differentiate between conflicting priorities and issues to identify underlying causes

7. Networking skills in terms of connections in start-up communities/accelerators is preferred

8. Prior experience in sustainability / external stakeholder engagement / knowledge of plant operations and supply chain is preferred

9. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and assess priorities effectively

10. Consistently attribute company values in all interactions with associates and customers

11. Essential computer operating skills including but not limited to MS office applications and most importantly an eye for detail in creative creation

12. Needs to overcome socioeconomic and cultural barriers to understand the core of the issues being faced by our farmers and team on the field
