Note: This is a permanent night shift process ; work location is HYD ; 100% work from office
- Possess knowledge of retirement industry (added advantage 401K)
- Experience in Enrolments (Processed and un Processed)
- Hands on experience in handling 401(k)-Client Reports (SG 931, SG 957 and Quarterly Statement GBS)
- New case activation PEP and NON PEP
- Billing and importing daily checks
- Processing rollover checks
- Rollover distributions
- Money In and Money Out / Lumpsum / Non-Sufficient Funds processing
- Payroll Transfers / Reload
- MATC Paperwork
- Processes all transactions for Institutional clients. Reviews requests/documentation for accuracy, completeness and good order in accordance with client specific instructions.
- Maintains balance between quality and productivity to meet department standards.
- Excellent oral and written communication and articulation skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Must be dependable and flexible, with the willingness to stretch during business needs.
- Ability to learn complex ideas and processes.
PE- 0-1 yrs-2.20 LPA SPE-1-4 yrs- 5.5 LPA SME-4+ yrs-8.5 LPA TL-6.5 - 8 yrs-12 LPA TM-8+ yrs-17 LPA
