New case activation PEP and NON PEP
Billing and importing daily checks
Processing rollover checks
Rollover distributions
Money In and Money Out / Lumpsum / Non-Sufficient Funds processing
Payroll Transfers / Reload
MATC Paperwork
Processes all transactions for Institutional clients. Reviews requests/documentation for accuracy, completeness and good order in accordance with client specific instructions.
Maintains balance between quality and productivity to meet department standards.
Excellent oral and written communication and articulation skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
Must be dependable and flexible, with the willingness to stretch during business needs.
Ability to learn complex ideas and processes.
