Exp - 15+Yrs

Certifications- ITIL,PMP, Prince 2.

Expertise & well versed with Datacentre, EUS, Network Operations -Project Manager, Diff Business lines (IMS, Cloud).

JD and Skills

NEED TO HANDLE TEAM AND PROGRAM MANAGEMENT, ITIL PROCESS,

- Reviewing the structure of the IT department & provide a strategic roadmap to enable business growth.

- Producing and executing a business continuity plan that addresses current and future business needs.

- Managing the IT team by carrying out reviews, team performance reviews and mentoring.

- Managing the IT function within the business which will be responsible for all internal servers, desktops, network, telephony and systems as well as 3rd party applications.

- Ensuring the IT function delivers the highest standards of internal customer service.

- Working to tight deadlines and provide high levels of technical support & compliance within the business environment.

- Overseeing and managing all internal IT projects.

- Creating and maintaining IT KPI targets to ensure strategy is on target.

- Complying with the guidelines, controls and processes in the Quality, Environment & Information Security policies where relevant to the role.

- Working with the Compliance Manager to ensure compliance with all business audits.

- Maintaining the security of all information entrusted to them. If requested to undertake a role as part of the ISO committee, at which point additional duties may become applicable.
