3: Sales & Service Engineer (resident Engineer)
Job Description
Location: Vizag / Indore / Chandigarh / Guwahati / Kolkata / Pune / Thiruvananthapuram Desired Candidate Profile: Responsible for the product selection/recommendation to end customers. Applications, case study, demonstration of laboratory equipment for R & D labs, QC,Universities, Institutions and Industries. You are responsible to update and educate the customers on our products and its application.
Responsibilities and Duties Responsible for the Sales, Service, Installation, Maintenance, demonstration of laboratory equipments in their respective region. Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Qualification: Graduate in Electronics/ Instrumentation Engineering,Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, BSc(Electronics ), MSc(Electronics), MBA in Marketing and other science Background candidates can apply
A good knowledge of the service trouble shooting is essential. Candidate must be familiar with the MS Office and CRM Data base Software for handling installations and service Complaints.
Experience: 1 to 2 years preferably in Service/ sales of laboratory instrumentation.
