Sales & Service Engineer - Medical Equipment Qualification - B.E./Diploma Experience - 1+ years experience in medical device industry Role and Responsibilities
- Should have handled OT, ESU and laparoscopic equipment
- Maintain current sales accounts and regularly engage with customer to establish and maintain good relationship.
- Resolve and troubleshoot problems at customer end
- Ensure compliance of corporate laws and regulations.
- Interact and get the service feedback and product complaint from the customer.
- Problem-solving skills
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
- Time management and multitasking abilities
