Our 3 business verticals, V Trans, V Xpress, and V Logis, provide multimodal express cargo movement, surface transport, and warehousing & 3PL solutions to diverse industry verticals. We strive to be business partners to our clients and help solve their business problems through our logistics services. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a 3 PL Sales professional located in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The Sales professional will be responsible for identifying, developing, and implementing sales strategies for logistics solutions and services, delivering excellent customer service, ensuring sales team training, and managing the sales team. Qualifications Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proven experience in customer service and sales Ability to train and manage sales teams Sound knowledge of logistics solutions and 3 PL services Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills Familiarity with CRM software and Salesforce automation Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment Experience in the logistics and transportation industry is a plus
