Position Title: 2nd Line Infrastructure Reliability Manager Reporting to: Director, Server-Side Services & Engineering Description We're looking for 2nd Line Infrastructure Reliability Manager to help us manage our global hybrid cloud reliability team. Our goal is to complete our Cloud First strategy through continuous improvement of our IT ecosystem. We are looking to enhance our capabilities by building a 24/7 Reliability Team at the Elanco Innovation and Alliance Centre in India. The successful candidate should demonstrate a strong experience in people management, shift patterns management and good technical background - familiarity with modern cloud platforms, monitoring tools including AIOps predictive solutions, experience in ITIL framework and SRE methodology. The Team The TechOps team is responsible for all IT Infrastructure across the enterprise and looking to take the opportunity to think differently, build for the future and leverage modern technologies, services, and processes. Internally, we like to describe TechOps as a 'start-up within an enterprise'! Responsibilities: Overseeing day-to-day activities of the 24/7 2nd Line Reliability Team, ensuring all services and infrastructure work reliably and securely PoC for every escalation related to Hybrid Cloud Environment Producing status reporting for all maintained services Monitoring and evaluating quality of service metrics Defining and managing monthly shifts allocation for the team Line manager to 2nd Line Reliability Engineers Hiring and onboarding new individuals Managing performance of the team and individuals Implementing and executing of end-to-end service level targets Ensuring that IT Security, Privacy and Quality needs are maintained Driving continuous improvement within the area of responsibility Working on-site at IAC office Manage the development of the 2nd Line Reliability Team Work with Managed Partners to improve Service Integration Ensure documentation is kept up to date Own the Problem Management discipline for the Hybrid Cloud environment Core Skills Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Proven experience as an IT Manager or IT Operation Centre Shifts Manager Proven experience of cloud management, automation, alerting and monitoring tools Familiar with cloud infrastructure (Azure, Google, VMware) Familiar with Infrastructure as a Code (incl.
