Job Summary :22Yards is looking for a Marketing Head to join us as a Core Team member for our funded cricket talent platform. The successful candidate will be responsible for development and implementation of our marketing strategies, campaigns, and initiatives for our mobile app-based tech business in the cricket industry. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience and a passion for cricket. As the Marketing Head, you will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention while working closely with the technology team to support product development and growth.Key Responsibilities : 1. Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention for our mobile app-based tech business in the cricket industry2. Develop and manage the marketing budget to ensure optimal allocation of resources3. Lead the development of marketing campaigns and initiatives across multiple channels,including digital, social, and traditional media4. Analyze market trends and customer insights to inform marketing strategies and tactics, and monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including the technology team, to develop and execute go-to-market plans for new products and features6. Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals7. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the cricket communityQualifications :1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2C marketing in consumer tech2. Passion for cricket and understanding of the sport3. Experience in developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns across multiple channels4. Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform marketing decisions5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills6. Strong leadership and management abilities, with experience managing a team7.
