Java Lead: Experience Required: 10 - 12 years.

Summary:

• Hands on Java experience in design & development
• Exposure to all stages of SDLC, and Agile methodologies
• Leading the team of core developers
• Solutioning to the issues raised while development
• Involved into Requirement Gathering, Design, Develop, Document, Release & Demo to clients
• Hand to Hand involvement with POs/Clients, Delivery Team, Release Team, BA & Quality Team
• Perform Risk Analysis, Troubleshooting & maintain the application
• Perform Code Reviewing of the team members
• 2+ years of CI/CD implementation and Cloud exposure like Azure/AWS

Your role and responsibilities:

As a Technical Lead, your focus will be developing and implementing software solutions.

• Performing requirement analyses and create detailed design documentation
• Develop & Build web applications using Java & related frameworks like Spring Boot
• Hands on experience in SQL, Stored Procedures, Triggers etc
• Propose changes to current Java infrastructure and integrate the components
• Develop technical designs for application development
• Conducting unit testing using automated unit test frameworks.
• Identifying risk and conducting mitigation action planning.
• Conducting configuration Settings like LDAP
• Reviewing the work of other developers and providing feedback.
• Using coding standards and best practices to ensure quality.
• Guide & Mentor team members in fine tuning the code
• Bridge the gap between Architect & Developers and ensure team adheres to the guidelines mapped by Architect
• Identify the areas where Automation can be performed and take up the respective initiations
• Monitor the bugs/incidents with the Test Manager/Test Lead
• Closely work with Product Owner/Client and prioritize the Tasks with the team members
• Sound knowledge of latest technologies/framework
• Support continuous improvement, investigating alternatives and technologies, and presenting for architectural review
• Initiate or manage the team adhering to Waterfall or Agile Methodologies

• Agile tools like JIRA
• Exposure to Postman
• Good to have Java & Web based certifications
