Technical skills

Good knowledge of DevOps concepts and CI/CD practices

Awareness & Hands on experience in SCM/ALM tools - GIT/Gerrit, GITHUB, GITLAB, RTC, etc.,

Continuous integration tools & concepts - Jenkins Pipeline and Staged Integration

Knowledge/experience of automated build tools - Open build system, CMAKE, Conan package, Docker, Jenkins, Cloud based tools, etc.,

Scripting languages Groovy, Python, HTML, Perl, ANT, Maven, Bash, Shell, Java, YAML, etc.,

Experience with Containerization and packaging tools, Dockers, CONAN, JFrog Artifactory etc.,

Multitasking capabilities to handle different projects

Process oriented approach to meticulously handle tasks with high repetition

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Setup build systems to integrate changes from developers and release common baselines

Trouble shooting issues in failed builds (Hourly / Continuous, Nightly & Integration builds)

Understand the different release models and create configurations

Trigger OSS scans (generate and bundle the compiled files for scan) and provide the reports to the SW-PM for each SW release

Execute SW signing and generate signed containers according to the different strategy in project

Owner of the SW baselines and the configuration components of the product.

Capability to test each baseline and assess fitment for release

Handle SW releases to Production plant (generate the SW containers in the expected format) with appropriate documentation

Handle issues w.r.t SW flashing during BVT & Smoke testing

Continuous test framework setup by collaborating with Project teams

Additional Skills

Experience in Monitoring tools like Grafana

Knowledge in Log management tool SPLUNK

Working methodology: SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework)

ASPICE SWE.5 (SW Integration and Integration Test) Understanding

Soft Skills:

Ability to work Independent as well as a good Team Player

Strong written and oral Communication skills

Strong Interpersonal skills

Qualifications

Degree in BE, Msc, ME, M.Tech with specialization in Computer Science, Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, Telecommunication
