Injectables (Ahmedabad).

\xc2\xb7 Production-Officer to Senior Executive:

B. Pharm/M. Pharm/B.E./B.Tech. with 2 to 5 years of experience in supervising and controlling production areas like Aseptic Filling, Vial Washing, Autoclave, Lyophilizer, Visual Inspection. Should have knowledge of QMS activities (Change control, Deviation, CAPA, Investigation).

\xc2\xb7 Production: Officer to Executive (QMS):

B. Pharm/M. Pharm with 2 to 7 years of experience in production QMS should have experience of areas like Aseptic Filling, Vial Washing, Autoclave, Lyophilizer and Visual Inspection.

\xc2\xb7 Production: Plant Operator/Technical Assistant:

ITI/Diploma with 2 to 5 Years of experience in Injectable manufacturing operations. Should have operational experience of Batch Manufacturing, Vial washing, Autoclave, Aseptic filling, Capping machine, Lyophilizer, Vial leak testing machine.

\xc2\xb7 Packing: Officer to Executive:

M.Sc/B.Pharm with 3 to 5 years of relevant injectable experience in BPR, BMR, reconciliation, machine exposure of 21 CFR machines le. blister carbonator, labelling codding, track and trace for review.

\xc2\xb7 Packing: Plant Operator/Technical Assistant:

Diploma with 2 to 5 Years of relevant experience in Operate 21 CFR comply machine, Labelling Machine (PFS and Vials), Troyk & Troye, Carton loading machine, knowing about trouble shooting of machine.

\xc2\xb7 Engineering: Officer to Executive:

BE/Diploma in IC with 3 to 5 Years\' Experience in Pharma/ automation system house. Qualifications and troubleshooting of Automated manufacturing and packaging equipment. Hands on experience for PLC, SCADA, Instrumentation.

\xc2\xb7 Engineering: Plant Operator /Technical Assistant:

I.T.I /Diploma with 2 to5 years of experience in Instrumentation, Plant Maintenance (Fitter), Utility area- Air Compressor, Chiller and Water system.

\xc2\xb7 Quality Assurance-Officer to Sr. Executive:

B. Pharm/ M. Pharm with 2 to 8 Years of relevant experience of IPQA and Validation qualification related activities in Injectable Manufacturing facilities.

For all the positions, candidates should also have sound knowledge cGMP documentation and must be familiar with cGMP requirements.
