Inviting candidates for a walk-in interview for Transdermal facility in SEZ, Ahmedabad on 7th January, 2023 from 9 am to 3 pm.

Production Department

Production Supervisor : B. Pharm / M. Pharm with 2-7 years of experience in Production department. Candidates should have exposure to shop floor production activities for external preparation which includes cream, ointment, lotion, patches, ODF and MDS as well as documentation. Candidates having experience in OSD and injectable and willing to work in transdermal can also attend the interview.

Plant Operator / Technical Assistant : ITI / Diploma with 3 - 8 years of experience in production department. Candidates having exposure to machine operation activities for external preparation which includes cream, ointment, lotion, patches, ODF and MDS will be preferred.

Quality Assurance Department

Qualification / Validation : B. Pharm / M. Pharm with 2-7 years of experience in QA department. Candidates would be responsible for preparing validation master plan, preparing and reviewing design qualification, FAT, URS, validating protocols & reports and qualifying protocols, qualifying and validating activities for equipment, PLC and utility services and their continuous performance and preparing & updating cleaning validating master plan / cleaning validation / verifying protocols / reports / matrix.

Quality Control Department

Lab QA / Analytical QA : B. Pharm / M. Pharm / M. Sc with 4 - 7 years of experience in QA department. Candidates should have exposure to analytical raw data which includes but not limited to RM, PM, SFG, FG, stability, calibration, working standard qualification data etc. Candidates should have exposure of laboratory QMS OOS / OOT / OOC / lab incidents / oversights and should be familiar with centralized application like LIMS, Trackwise and documentum etc.

Quality Control Department

Analyst (Chemical / Instrumentation) : B. Pharm / M.Sc. with 2-4 years of hands-on experience in qualification of analytical instruments like HPLC, GC, dissolution apparatus and UV visible spectrometer. Candidates should also have experience in GMP compliance and self-inspection of analytical labs, document review and finished product release in LIMS. They should also have exposure of OMS trending for lab review of various types of reports and protocols.

Analyst (Microbiology) : M.Sc. (Microbiology) with 3-6 years of experience in analysis / review in microbiology lab. Candidates should have experience of various tests like complete knowledge of sterility testing, bacterial endotoxin test, microbiological limit test, water analysis, environmental monitoring, speciation of microorganisms, particulate matter test and media fill. Candidates should also have knowledge of softwares like LIMS, SAP, Trackwise and MODA and should also have exposure of OOS / OOT / deviation handling in micro lab.

Engineering Department

Technician Plant Maintenance : ITI / Diploma with 4-8 years of experience in plant maintenance / pharmaceutical equipment maintenance. Candidates should have exposure to break down maintenance and preventive maintenance.
