We are seeking a creative and seasoned Sr. Engineer with hands on development with a proven record in the Zuora who wants to be part of a modern, progressive Business Systems team to help Zoom\'s larger commitment to providing happiness to both internal / external customers and partners. As an Sr. Engineer, you will provide technical & functional contributions at an individual capacity on Zuora platform. It includes activities like version upgrade, system maintenance, enabling new subscription models, etc in the areas of B2B and e-Commerce. This job will require a thorough understanding & hands-on experience on Zuora Order Management, CPQ/CPQ-X, Subscription & Billing, its integrity on transactions flow from one module to another to enable frictionless customer journey. Good working knowledge on technical architecture, data models, customizations / enhancements, Workflow changes, configuration setups using standard out of box capabilities and system integrations to satellite systems like SFDC, Revenue systems, BI, custom databases (homegrown systems) etc. In this role you will partner with Lead architects, BSAs, and other non-IT engineering teams to deliver technical & functional solutions. This is a highly visible and critical role, reporting to the Head of Delivery \xe2\x80\x93 Quote to Cash, offering the chance to be a change agent for business processes and systems transformation.

• You will be a part of the Quote To Cash core team, working as a Sr. Engineer (Techno-Functional) with an impactful and highly motivated team of engineers.
• Have hands-on working experience of Design, develop, and implement highly available, secured, cost effective, business capabilities in Zuora using its out of box technical architecture, create/modify workflows, std rest APIs related to the Customer Accounts, Product Catalogue, Order Management, CPQ / CPQ-X, Subscription Management, Billing and its integrity with the Quote to Cash flow.
• You will be collaborating with a global team to review the proposed design from architects and implement high quality, testable, maintainable, optimal and production grade software in Zuora.
• Partner with multiple technology teams (eCommerce/Online, SFDC, Zuora, Data Engineering, Cloud-Native tech in-house systems) to moderate the technical requirements, high level design with system integrations and execute them along with other engineers in the team.

• Passionate about sharing your knowledge and experiences with a collaborative, balanced team.
• Create and present technical detailed design deliverables considering the current and to-be Ecosystem and Integration diagrams, Object and Data models, Business Process Flows, Micro-Service designs.
• Must be able to adapt to an evolving environment and set of responsibilities.

About You

• Technically sound professional and working experience on Zuora Subscription Revenue and Billing platform, integrations with boundary systems like SFDC, Data warehouse (Snowflake).
• Hands on SQL, API wrappers (REST based micro-services using protocols like JSON, SOAP, etc), Java Spring boot, Apex classes, workflows etc.
• Excellent communication skills.

• Ensure work is performed in accordance with a high standard of service and quality.
• High level of attention to detail while maintaining vision of the larger business objectives and meet company goals.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, & Multitask effectively.

• Experience in presenting systems/IT concepts to business and IT stakeholders.
• Able to communicate with passion and articulate with business context.
• Highly positive and collaborative individual that excels at developing working relationships, building consensus, and fostering trust and collaboration at all levels.
