We are seeking a high-energy candidate for APM- Business Operations with Zunpulse. As a Program Manager- Business Operations, you are going to be led a business vertical by moving forward with business partnerships and implementing go-to-market plans. You will get a chance to lead your team, your region, business vertical of your own while keeping in mind the strategic goals of the overall business.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and scale E-commerce Warehouse & Fulfilment operations
- Set-up and monitor processes for efficient management of operations
- Handle critical issues to ensure internals SLAs are met
- Train new employees and measure performance for current employees
- Debottlenecking internal processes for improving efficiency
- Maintain a solid working knowledge of essential trends including industry trends, cost drivers, global pricing, material lead times, and technical/manufacturing processes.
What do we need?
- 3 to 6 years of experience in Warehouse, logistics or E-commerce operations for a Tier 1 Company
- Ability to communicate, present, and influence all levels of the organization
- Expertise with number crunching, financial planning, creating business presentations, and other written collateral.
- Aptitude to work in a fast-paced organization with an analytical mindset, number-driven, negotiation, facilitation, and reasoning skills
