Candidate Profile : Candidate should have 6 - 12 years of good sales & marketing exp from Paint, FMCG, Food , Personal Care and Beverages sectors.
Candidate Profile :
- Sales management, channel management, sales commercial management marketing, & product development.
- Strategic thinking, Decision Making, creativity, leadership and goal orientation, initiative and process oriented, analytical with strong people management skills.
- The incumbent should exhibit entrepreneurial zeal, be hands on and should be able to manage sales as a profit center.
