The Zonal Sales Manager - This Role is responsible to create and deploy a strong roadmap for the accelerated and sustainable achievement of channel business objectives, including growth and offtakes.
Key Deliverables:
Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve Sales Targets and enhance market share in the Zone.
Sales Performance Monitoring: Analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas of opportunities and implement corrective actions. Team Management: Lead, Monitor and coach a team of Sales professionals, fostering a higperformance culture and accountability. Market Insights: Analyse market trends, competitor activities and consumer preferences to identify growth opportunities. Collaboration: Work closely with Brand Team, Customer Marketing, Commercial Excellence and other support function teams for support in driving sales and distribution agenda in the zone. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationship with key customers, Distributors, Internal & External stakeholders.
