Position: Zonal Sales Manager

Reports to: Chief Strategy Officer

About Us:

our client - dynamic Stock Broking Firm is looking for as a Zonal Sales Manager. Drive the sales strategy, elevate team performance, and fuel profitability and revenue growth in the designated region. Your leadership will guide the Zonal sales teams to align with our company\'s overarching objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Sales Management:

- Craft and implement a Zonal sales strategy aligned with our firm\'s goals.

- Analyze sales metrics to uncover growth potential in regions and territories.

- Identify and leverage new business opportunities within the zone.

Team Leadership:

- Lead, mentor, and coach the Zonal sales team to surpass sales targets.

- Conduct regular performance reviews, providing constructive feedback.

- Spearhead the recruitment of BDMs, ensuring comprehensive coverage in their territories.

Client Relationship Management:

- Cultivate relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and decision-makers in the region.

- Address and resolve client concerns, ensuring exceptional satisfaction.

- Collaborate with sub-brokers/IFA/Channel partners to scale up, retain, and acquire new clients.

- Organize events to generate leads for Sub Brokers/IFA & new channel partners.

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.

Market Intelligence:

- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and market challenges.

- Provide feedback to senior management and marketing teams on competitor activities and market insights.

Budget Management:

- Prepare and manage the sales budget for the region, optimizing resource allocation.

- Monitor expenses and implement cost-saving measures when necessary.

Collaboration:

- Collaborate with other regional Sales Managers and the central sales and marketing team for consistent messaging and strategic alignment.

- Work with the operations team to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery for clients.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Master\'s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.

- 10-12 years of sales experience in stock brokerage/wealth management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a large sales team.

- In-depth understanding of the stock market, trading platforms, and financial instruments.

- Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills.

- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
