Zonal Manager Product & Program

- Zonal Manager Product & Program is responsible for developing and executing the strategies on Product and further implication for Wheels product by ensuring the productivity growth of the vertical.

Roles and responsibilities :

- Developing new/existing products & policies with a clear identification & mitigation of related business risks.

- Product ideation and design and launch

- Monitor Market conditions & your competitor\'s services, strategy and prepare Action Plans accordingly.

- Identifying & implementing Strategic Alliances/tie-ups with suitable Manufacturers resulting in deeper Market penetration & reach for achieving profitability & Sales growth.

- Should be closely working with OEMs

- Designing & Implementation of smart & performance based incentive structure for motivating the field staff.

- Required to travel on locations, meet team members, Vendors, Channel Partners.

- Develop processes to obtain leads through possible sourcing opportunities.

- Maximize present and long-term Sales & Gross Profits.

- Develop product lines and appraise new ideas for market viability.

- Maintaining an eye on Customer Satisfaction.

- To ensure that the processes are compliant with internal & external Audit requirements & RBI/Other regulatory Authorities.

- Designing training programs, to train the Team on product & processes.

Specification & Key Requirements:

- Candidate should have end-to-end product management and development experience from wheels

- Should have worked closely with OEMs and dealers

- Should have sales and credit acumen and depth of understanding along with strong product management

- Candidate should have extensive experience and domain knowledge and possess strong communication and leadership quality

- Candidate should be good in people management, flexible, energetic, and quick learner

CTC Range: 25 to 30 LPA

Academic- MBA from Premiere B School

Job Location: Jaipur

Target Company: NBFC/Bank

Experience- 10-15 years from NBFC/Banking on product & program management for Wheels product
