Job Purpose
\xe2\x80\x9cThis position is open with Bajaj Finance ltd.\xe2\x80\x9d \xe2\x80\xa2 Managing branch operations area wise to ensure smooth and error free operations.


Job Duties & Key Responsibilities
* Duties and Responsibilities - PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES (Accountabilities associated with the job) Project and Initiatives: \xe2\x80\xa2 Coordinating with Sales and agencies for accurate and complete customer information and timely receipt of files. \xe2\x80\xa2 Planning along with Sales teams to manage file volumes. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensuring first time right (FTR) and diagnoses patterns in processing errors. \xe2\x80\xa2 Daily monitoring of cash activities \xe2\x80\xa2 Reconciliation check in the system for each Branch and periodic physical cash recon during branch visits. \xe2\x80\xa2 Periodic checks on valuables handling. \xe2\x80\xa2 Safe control and key management to ensure defined practices are being followed. \xe2\x80\xa2 Tracking MIS and identifying key issues and ensuring acheivement of all targets. \xe2\x80\xa2 Adherence of policies defined by risk Monitoring and Tracking: \xe2\x80\xa2 Tracking MIS on Quality of file processed issued reported and follow up to ensure high standards are achieved and maintained. \xe2\x80\xa2 Formally assesses branch management during visits on both functional and location control parameters. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensuring focus on each branch to ensure all branch targets are met \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintaining manpower count as per guidelines and alerts regional managers in case of abnormal counts \xe2\x80\xa2 Forecasts manpower requirements and recommends hiring or downsizing accordingly. \xe2\x80\xa2 Monitoring compliance and audit reports to ensure closure and implementation of preventive measures. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensuring policy and process adherence for all products and services. Branch Support: \xe2\x80\xa2 Drives smooth working together across Functions at the Branch level \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintaining file processing TAT and reviews status by end of each day \xe2\x80\xa2 Allocating work to the teams the next day to minimize files being processed outside the committed TAT. \xe2\x80\xa2 Daily tracking of the loan approval rate and downsizing \xe2\x80\xa2 Identifying indicators into customer profiles for credit risks and sharing the same identified risk patterns within the team and with Sales. \xe2\x80\xa2 Risk assessment to meet specified threshold of delinquency matrix \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensuring quick resolution of customer queries and issues \xe2\x80\xa2 Monitoring rejections and ensuring they are justified \xe2\x80\xa2 Trouble shooting issues arising while processing cases at the branch level & Escalates unresolved change management issues \xe2\x80\xa2 Taking teams and own ideas and suggesting improvements in the current process. \xe2\x80\xa2 Providing regular feedback to Regional Managers on credit process/policies/local markets on regular basis \xe2\x80\xa2 Encourages pro-active measures of team members including product-related education to operations team \xe2\x80\xa2 Clarifies to Sales and Operations the changes in policies and processes - helps resolve issues \xe2\x80\xa2 Working closely with the hiring team for ensuring closure on hiring. \xe2\x80\xa2 Working closely with other cross functional teams for required support and escalations. People Management: \xe2\x80\xa2 Tracks performance of team members and provides them developmental feedback \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensures development planning of all direct employees \xe2\x80\xa2 Tracks and persuades for implementation of




Required Qualifications and Experience
* SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE (Minimum acceptable proficiency for this job which best indicates the education and/or experience requirements of this job and not the incumbent) Educational Qualifications a) Qualifications \xe2\x80\xa2 Graduate/Post graduate with min of 6 -8 years of experience. b) Work Experience \xe2\x80\xa2 Min of 3 years of relevant experience in managing branch operations \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to work independently and towards deadlines. \xe2\x80\xa2 Well versed with MS Office, PowerPoint, Excel, System knowledge & proficiency is must. \xe2\x80\xa2 Should have excellent communication skills.
