Drive sales of farm equipment machinery in the assigned zone to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with company objectives.
Dealer & Distributor Management
Identify, appoint, and nurture dealers and distributors across the zone.
Monitor dealer performance, provide training, and ensure timely order fulfillment.
Market Development & Expansion
Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities, emerging trends, and competitor activity.
Expand market reach and build relationships with key clients, dealers, and distributors.
Team Management
Lead, motivate, and manage the zonal sales team.
Conduct performance reviews, set targets, and ensure team accountability.
Reporting & Coordination
Prepare regular sales reports, performance dashboards, and market feedback for senior management.
Coordinate with Marketing, R&D, and Service departments to ensure effective product positioning and customer support.
Compliance & Process Adherence
Ensure adherence to company policies, pricing guidelines, and sales processes.
Maintain accurate records of sales, dealer contracts, and customer interactions.
