Job Description

The Zonal Head North (VP) - Direct F2F will oversee the operations and performance of the direct sales channels in the life insurance industry. This role is based in Delhi and requires strong leadership and expertise in insurance direct sales domain.

• Manage the direct sales channels across the entire Northern zone.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance and take corrective actions when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and company guidelines in all operations.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Prepare and present reports on sales performance to senior management.
