2. Job Summary:
As the Zonal Head for Chandigarh University\'s Education Industry Division, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing strategies to drive growth within the assigned zone. Your primary focus will be on establishing strong networks, nurturing partnerships, and ensuring exceptional student enrollment. You will oversee all aspects of the division\'s operations, including staffing, marketing, operations, and relationship management.

3. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive strategic plan to drive growth in the zone by identifying and targeting new markets, opportunities, and student segments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions, government bodies, agencies, and other relevant stakeholders to drive collaborations, partnerships, and sponsorships.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of managers and staff to ensure effective execution of all educational programs and activities.
- Oversee marketing campaigns, events, and initiatives to enhance brand visibility and increase student enrollments.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and student needs to propose innovative solutions, programs, and initiatives.
- Collaborate with other departments within the university, including admissions, academic affairs, and administration, to ensure smooth operations and seamless experiences for students.
- Prepare and present periodic reports, budgets, and performance analysis to the top management to drive informed decision-making.
- Stay updated with industry best practices, advancements, and policies to ensure compliance and provide recommendations for improvement.

4. Qualifications and Skills:
- A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in a leadership role within the education industry, preferably with a focus on business development, marketing, or operations.
- A master\'s degree in business administration, education, or a related field.
- Proven track record in achieving targets, driving growth, and building successful networks.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong leadership abilities with a passion for driving results and motivating teams.
