We are seeking a Zonal Head for our Enterprise Solutions division in Delhi. The role focuses on driving sales operations and meeting business needs specifically in the Internet sector.

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business targets in the Delhi region.
  • Mentor, and manage a sales team to maximise performance.
  • Identify new business opportunities and establish strong client relationships.
  • Monitor market trends and activities to adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of enterprise solutions.
  • Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through effective problem-solving and service delivery.
  • Drive initiatives to enhance sales efficiency and productivity.

1. Strong skills with the ability to manage a diverse sales and servicing team.
2. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
3. Strong B2B e-commerce and experience in selling complex enterprise-level solutions is highly preferred.
4. Experience with RFP, proposal development, and sales collateral creation.
5.Expertise in consultative selling techniques and solution design
