Work with supply chain teams on fulfilment of customer orders

Anticipate potential issues on sales & supply chain side and appraise relevant stakeholders
Perform assessments on maldistribution of stocks , month end reports of underselling/overselling, changes in forecasts etc
Trouble shoot issues like placements problems, space constraints at depots, slow moving stocks, partial truckload etc
Owner of OFR for the zone and tracks the same on a daily basis.

Ensure timely and accurate visibility of SOH (Stock on Hand), SIT (Stock in Transit), and STO (Stock Transfer Orders) for the sales team.
Conduct timely calls with RCMs, RSMs, and ZSMs in West Zone to support critical items and depot space planning.
Undertake market visits to gather insights and resolve fulfilment issues.
Service Level & Order Fulfillment
Monitor timely order fulfillment rates and resolve bottlenecks to improve service levels.
Enable regional hub redistribution to achieve complete zone-level service target.
Inventory Health & Liquidation
Track SKU-level VSL (Volume Service Level) at month-end and opening stock levels.
Identify excess and ageing stock across zones and collaborate with sales teams for liquidation.
