Job Title/Designation: Zonal Business Development Manager / Executive Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Zonal Business Development Manager / Executive. The Zonal Business Development Manager / Executive will promote and sell SAARC MASTS Tech\'s software products to educational institutes in the assigned zone. The role requires coordination with schools, colleges, and universities to understand their needs and propose customized solutions. The Zonal Business Development Manager / Executive will also provide support, as needed, to customers during the sales and implementation phases. Some remote work is acceptable for this role. Qualification, Experience & Requirement: 1. Any Master\'s Degree (PG) from a reputed organization. 2. Minimum 04 Years of Sales Experience in Business Development of School/ College ERP OR Minimum 03 years of Teaching/ Administration Experience in HEIs like Engineering, Arts & Science, B.Ed., etc. The ideal candidate should possess: Sales and business development experience in the Education Technology Sector OR Good knowledge of Affiliation, Academic, and accreditation Processes of HEIs and Experience as HOD/ Exam Cell Coordinator / IQAC Coordinator will be given preference Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and the regional language(s) of the assigned zone Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and decision-makers Understanding of the education sector in India, particularly about technical needs and challenges Additional skills and qualifications that would be beneficial: Ability to work independently and remotely Bachelor\'s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field Experience with Learning Management Systems, College Management Systems, or School Management Systems Experience with project management and team leadership Preference is given to immediate joiners. Job Location: All Districts of Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Karnataka, Maharashtra, Andhra Pradesh & Telangana Pay Scale: a. Probationary Period (06/12 Months) : 30,000/- CTC PM + Incentive + Allowance b.
