Role Overview

We,at Zolo, are looking for a DIRECTOR Talent Acquisition to join our Human Resources department and oversee our full-cycle recruiting. Ultimately, this person will be responsible for creating strong talent pipelines for our company's current and future hiring needs.

We are currently present in 9 cities (Bangalore, Chennai, Pune, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Gurgaon, Noida, Kota and Coimbatore) with over 20,000 live beds and fast expanding within these geographies as well as to other cities. Founded by alumni of IIM, IIT, AIIMS, ISB, we are currently a team size of 1,000+ and expanding aggressively.

Job Responsibilities

- Engage leadership in addressing key recruitment challenges, develop and prioritize recruiting and sourcing strategies and key recruiting initiatives

- Ensure continuous pipeline creation for various open positions, identify prospective candidates using a variety of channels/sources and assess candidates to ensure role match, cultural fitment etc - Determine current staffing needs and produce forecasts - additionally build a talent pipeline for future by proactively mapping/sourcing candidates

- Conduct regular follow-up meetings with hiring managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation

- Conduct analysis and report key recruitment metrics to appropriate business leaders.

- Build a talent pipeline for future by proactively mapping/sourcing candidates.

- Map similar and relevant companies to understand organisation structures and accordingly align Zolo's hiring needs

Key Requirements :

- Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role

- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods

- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs)

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Experience - 8 to15 yrs.
