Key Roles & Responsibilities



Zoho People & Payroll Support (Post-Implementation Phase)



Act as the primary point of contact for Zoho People support within the organization. Monitor and maintain system configurations, workflows, attendance rules, leave policies, and payroll setups post-implementation. Resolve system-related issues, bugs, and errors reported by employees and escalate to Zoho support when necessary. Assist with monthly payroll data validation and ensure alignment between Zoho People and Payroll modules. Maintain data accuracy and integrity across all HRMS modules (onboarding, exits, performance, etc.).

HR Operations & System Maintenance



Own the end-to-end HR operations backend on Zoho: keep employee records, documents, and transactions updated in real-time. Ensure all employee movements (joining, transfers, promotions, exits) are properly reflected and recorded in the system. Regularly audit and clean up backend data to ensure accuracy and compliance. Support the HR team in policy rollouts, documentation, and employee engagement activities as needed.

Employee Support & Issue Resolution



Provide first-level support to employees facing difficulties or errors while using the Zoho mobile app or web portal. Conduct training or FAQ sessions for new joiners or teams unfamiliar with using the platform. Track and resolve recurring issues; suggest improvements to HR processes or system configurations.

Excel & Data Analysis



Use advanced Excel skills to prepare reports, dashboards, payroll reconciliations, and data validations. Analyze HR data to extract insights related to attendance, leaves, headcount, attrition, and payroll discrepancies. Assist with statutory compliance reports or audits using system data and Excel outputs.

Key Skills & Attributes:



Hands-on experience with Zoho People and Zoho Payroll (implementation and/or support). Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Data Validation, Charts, etc.). Detail-oriented with a structured approach to backend management and data hygiene. Strong communication skills with a service-oriented mindset. Ability to multitask and manage both operational and support responsibilities in a dynamic environment.

Pay: Up to ?60,000.00 per month
