Job Description

Role :

- As part of the Revenue team, you will own visual merchandising for the Zepto product

- Develop merchandising strategy for assigned categories basis data backed insights on customer behavior

- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities and leverage them in merchandising as well as give inputs to product team for product development to achieve the same

- Create, manage and execute event calendar for the assigned categories

- Work with product and tech teams to keep search and recommendation results most relevant for the TG

- Give inputs to marketing team on best categories/ products/ offers/ callouts to be used across CRM channels for customer acquisition & retention

Experience Required:

- 2-4 years of Category/ marketing experience driving high growth categories (Fashion/ Mobiles/ Electronics/ General Merchandise) in e-commerce.

Must have skills:

- Strong analytical and problem solving skills

- Bias to action - we move at a very fast pace

- Consumer understanding and empathy - ability and willingness to put the customer at the center of all decision making

- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Strong organizational, planning and program management skills

- Negotiation skills, resource stewardship and an ability to handle ambiguity
