: Merchandising Manager
- Develop merchandising strategy for assigned categories basis data backed insights on customer behavior
- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities and leverage them in merchandising as well as give inputs to product team for product development to achieve the same
- Create, manage, and execute event calendar for the assigned categories
- Give inputs to marketing team on best categories/ products/offers/ callouts to be used across CRM & Digital channels for customer acquisition & retention
Experience Required : 2-4 years of category/ marketing experience driving high growth categories (Grocery/Fashion/ Mobiles/ Electronics/ General Merchandise) in e-commerce.
Must have skills :
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Bias to action - we move at a very fast pace
- Consumer understanding and empathy -ability and willingness to put the customer at the centre of all decision making
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational, planning and program management skills
- Negotiation skills, resource stewardship and an ability to handle ambiguity
